B'H - Village Approves the Mikvah !

On June 24th, the Planning Board of Wesley Hills issued a resolution (full text here) :

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said application for a revised special permit to allow the proposed Mikvah on the subject premises is hereby granted

and with those words, B'Chasdei Hashem, we now have approval to build the Mikvah. 

Now we move on to the next step, making sure we have enough money to get the building up before the winter. This entails a complicated foundation with boros, the water collection system and other such complexities...

...for which we need to raise about $200K, and we turn to you for your help.
